Hello! My name is Rafael Kobylinski, and I am a teaching assitant at the Technische Universität München (TUM) in Munich, Germany. I will be the so called site manager for the Munich part of the course, which will officially start on October, 16th.In this function, I am also a "client" of your work, as our course is supposed to not only get your work product to run on our side of the atlantic but also to integrate it with our work and in the end present everything as one system to the real client. Our task will be basically to present IETMs on a wearable computer just-in-time - meaning just the right information given the location and the visual information available. Therefore we will need to access an IETM directly and automatically from our system - e.g. give me a list of all IETMs for this room or give me the IETM for this pipe. This access will not always be initiated by a human action - one of our requirements is to implement an intelligent automatic caching and pre-fetching subsystem to utilize a possibly limited bandwith in the best possible way.As soon as our course starts and our students start gathering and analysing all the requirements, we will be in a much better position to discuss our needs and a the best possible interface between the TUM and the CMU.Until then, feel free to ask questions on this BBoard, and I will try to answer them in the best possible way.I will be at the CMU in the first week of October for the Configuration Management and for the Application Servers lecture, so we will also have to meet in person before the TUM course starts.Regards,Rafael
