Purpose of the Meeting
To review the overall architecture.

Desired Outcome
Come to consensus on the roles and responsibilities of our teams, and the interactions between the subsystems.

Understand aspects of the project that should be uniform across the subsystems (e.g. the component model.)

Status (15 minutes)
Present the use cases.

Present our slides of the initial ideas for the architecture.

Present the Java Bean model.

Discuss (40 minutes)
Discuss each subsystem.

Discuss the interactions between subsystems.

Agree on the division of labor / responsibilities of each group.

Discuss the software development environment, and logistics of implementing the common component model across teams.
